You’ll learn what YOUR portion sizes should actually be, how to include the RIGHT types of carbohydrates into your diet and what nutrients your body is lacking in order to reverse your Insulin Resistance so that you can lose weight and feel confident in your body again.

what the sweetspot program consists of

  • Initial Consultation: 45- 60 minutes
  • Email
    • Nutrition assessment form will be sent to you a few days before the initial consultation.
    • Diet sheet handouts and summary of diet recommendations will be sent after the consultation.
  • Nutrition Assessment:
    • Bookem forms
    • Anthropometrical measurements: height and body composition using the Inbody 120 scale.
    • Medical history and family medical history
    • Biochemistry: Recommended bloods to have done if necessary.
    • Diet History- 24 hour Recall and Food Frequency Questionnaire
  • Dietary Guidelines and Recommendations:
    • Pamphlet/ Diet sheet handout and a Summary of Recommendations from the session will be sent via email within the next 1-3 working days.
  • Individualized Meal Plan:
    • A flexible meal plan with exchanges will be given to you with meal ideas.
  • Shopping list:
    • Pantry Staples and food group list will be sent to you with your meal plan within 3-5 working days after the Initial consultation.
  • Purposeful Planner:
    • This includes food diary, exercise tracker, meal preparation planning.
  • Goal tracker:
    • This will assist you in setting up realistic, achievable goals for yourself so that you can meet your nutrition goals.
  • Nutrition Handouts throughout the 12 weeks:
    • How to read food labels beyond calories.
    • Specific nutrients to focus on to help reverse your Insulin Resistance.
    • Sweet treat guide.
    • Low Gi- cheat sheet.
    • Personalised supplement guide.
    • Meal and snack ideas.
  • On-going support for 12 weeks:
    • Check in: x1 per week via email and for support and motivation and any other questions that you may have regarding the new diet changes.
    • Check in: x4 in-person or virtual video call consultations throughout the 12 weeks.
    • Check in: x2 -15 minute video call for one on one Q&A session.
